Nathaniel Corry
Began his accounting career with K&C fresh out of University in the Spring of 2019. Nathaniel enjoys the wide variety of client types that he gets to work with every week, especially Non-Profits and Governmental Entities. He earned his CPA and CFE license in 2023. Nathaniel is also working towards obtaining accreditation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with the goal of one day working as an international financial fraud investigator for the United Kingdom or European Union. Nathaniel discovered his passion for fraud detection and prevention work while studying accounting at Southern Utah University.
Nathaniel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in the Spring of 2018. Instead of attempting to enter the workforce early Nathaniel chose to stay at Southern Utah University to obtain his Master of Accountancy degree, which he completed in the Spring of 2019. While also working towards his degrees at SUU Nathaniel kept himself busy with other ventures: he worked as a financial controller for the Southern Utah University Student Association; as a research assistant, teacher’s assistant, and SAP instructor for the SUU School of Business; as a contracted assistant to the visually impaired for the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation; as a Type II Wildland Firefighter during the Summer months; as well as running his own business providing billing and AR services to five behavioral health therapists located in Cedar City, Utah; a business that he still runs to this day.
When Nathaniel is not working, he enjoys playing electric guitar, studying Germanic and Russian language and history, and playing strategic video games. Nathaniel especially enjoys spending the weekends away from the accounting world with his wife, Alexis, and their group of best friends.
